DESCRIPTION :

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Tape with the thickness of 50 microns (2.0 Mil), aluminium film with high tensile strength, including high-quality acrylic solvent glue, covered with silicone paper.

PRODUCT FEATURES:
100% aluminium • guarantees perfect heat and light reflection.
• high-quality glue with high initial adhesive function and force guarantees durable sealing
and mounting of branches and bends at material contact points and in particular insulation segments
• Good resistance to ageing both inside and outside.
• Low water vapour transmission rate offers perfect tightness and performance during repairs.

STANDARD APPLICATIONS:
For stack, air-conditioning and ventilation device mounting. Applied to the outer surfaces of a mineral wool or ceramic fibre insulation allows to guarantee its continuity and sealing at branches, bends and in contact points of materials and particular insulation segments. Also for general use, such as patching, sealing and masking – inside and outside.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE:   12 months  when stored at the temperature of 21  C (70  F) / 50% relative humidity and in direct sun light.
SURFACE PREPARATION A very important factor guaranteeing the tape application’s durability is the correct evaluation of the surface to which it will be applied.   The surface must be clean, dry, free from grease, oil and other contaminants.

APPLICATION : It is also very important to evaluate the product correctly and make sure that it is suitable for the intended purpose, including the correct method of application.   Best results are achieved by applying tapes to a  clean, dry surface  with adequate pressure, at the temperature of  +10 ~ +40 ° C.
